Dear Friend,

Thanks for visiting the site!  As you click through, I think you’ll find out a lot about who we are and what we do at First Presbyterian Church of Chattanooga – how our minds are transformed and our hearts enflamed by God’s amazing grace, and how our hands are then employed to live out that grace in the lives of others.

We also hope that visiting the site is just a beginning!  When you come and worship with us, I think you’ll really see our passion – for families, music, missions, the city, and most of all for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

The Christian story is one of brokenness, redemption, and restoration.  It’s our story, and has been since our church was founded in the 1800’s.  It’s a story that includes young and old, rich and poor, multi-generational Chattanooga families and those who have just arrived to start college or begin new careers in our city.  It’s a story that grows and expands as people come to faith for the first time, rededicate their lives to Christ, and baptize their children.  So that just leaves one question: Is it your story?  Come visit and find out!
